I really liked Dr. McClelland. He is very professional and courteous. His manner is friendly and respectful. He explains everything clearly and doesn’t try to influence one’s personal decisions. Highly recommended. Though I haven’t yet needed his services as a surgeon, I’m confident Dr. McClelland is more than sufficiently skilled and I wouldn’t hesitate to rely on him in that regard.

Excellent demeanor, very knowledgeable and personable. Our teen son was very comfortable with him as were we as parents.

Dr. McClelland was excellent in the way he treated my two-year old son. He was patient, kind, and gentle. He really took his time to explain things to me and gave me the opportunity to ask any questions I had. Following the treatment visit, my son has shown improvements in his speech. I highly recommend him to any other parent looking for a kid-friendly ENT doctor.
