Dr. Hughes’s surgical training emphasized minimally invasive surgical techniques and robotic procedures. He is proficient across all areas of general urology with a passion for treating urologic cancers, stone disease, and sexual dysfunction. He has ample experience with implant surgery for both erectile dysfunction and urinary incontinence.
During his residency training, he published several papers and videos about advanced robotic surgical techniques. He is passionate about providing individualized healthcare and has published on healthcare disparities among African American patients with prostate cancer.
