Was on time for appointment but waited for 20 minutes while the doctor spoke to a sales representative at the desk. If patients are charged for cancelled appointments the doctor should not waste my time entertaining sales reps. Also, I don’t appreciate political correctness concerning vaccines.

He did most of the talking and it raised many questions that I don’t feel I got an adequate or thorough explanation of my test results and a phased plan of how to move forward. I am still in the dark and I am questioning the medication. My situation did not warrant medication at this time. I feel like it’s too easy to medicate vs educate and be more intentional with finding a root cause of the problem.

Dr. Ladd is definitely an expert in his field. It would be very helpful if he could slow down when talking to patients. There is so much information to take in and the time with him felt a little rushed. He did ask if we had any questions but I sometimes felt like he didn’t hear and/or answer them.
