Was on time for appointment but waited for 20 minutes while the doctor spoke to a sales representative at the desk. If patients are charged for cancelled appointments the doctor should not waste my time entertaining sales reps. Also, I don’t appreciate political correctness concerning vaccines.

He did most of the talking and it raised many questions that I don’t feel I got an adequate or thorough explanation of my test results and a phased plan of how to move forward. I am still in the dark and I am questioning the medication. My situation did not warrant medication at this time. I feel like it’s too easy to medicate vs educate and be more intentional with finding a root cause of the problem.
