Dr. Kennedy explained my condition, his recommended treatment for me, and what I could expect both long term and immediately after my procedure very clearly for me. From the beginning, he took the time to understand my concerns and was very compassionate through all my visits, including the latest pre-op visit.

Dr. William Kennedy, M.D., joined Reston ENT in 2021. He was born in Boston, Massachusetts and grew up in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. He attended Princeton University, where he graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Molecular Biology and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He attended medical school at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania where he was awarded a Perelman Scholarship. Dr. Kennedy completed his residency training in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Pennsylvania where he had comprehensive training and was mentored by international experts in the fields of chronic sinusitis, thyroid surgery, surgery for obstructive sleep apnea, and pediatric otolaryngology. Dr. Kennedy enjoys providing patient-centered care in all aspects of ENT and has specific interests in sinus disease and sleep apnea surgery. Dr. Kennedy lives with his wife in Vienna and in his spare time enjoys playing golf, cooking, and hiking.
