Dr. Kennedy has always been direct and listened to my concerns. He's acknowledged my questions respectfully and allowed me autonomy as a patient. He has excellent customer service and follow up. I will only ever go see him as a doctor again for my ENT needs. He might only have a short amount of time. But, he values patient input in diagnosis and care. I wish to emulate his humility in patient care.

Unfortunately, I have to provide this rating because my ear is still making the swishing noise that I came in for and still stopped up. Wax was removed from my ears and my eardrums and throat were briefly checked. My visit with the doctor was briefly 5 minutes or less. I'm in the same condition I came in except for cleaner ears.

I saw PA Melina post surgery and she was amazing. She was professional, friendly, and informative. She did an outstanding job putting me at ease and skillfully removing stents from my nose.

Very well ran office. The communication was top notch from the time I made an appointment until the visit was complete. Dr. Kennedy was kind, compassionate, and explained produce well. Overall, an exceptional experience.

Dr. William Kennedy, M.D., joined Reston ENT in 2021. He was born in Boston, Massachusetts and grew up in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. He attended Princeton University, where he graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Molecular Biology and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He attended medical school at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania where he was awarded a Perelman Scholarship. Dr. Kennedy completed his residency training in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Pennsylvania where he had comprehensive training and was mentored by international experts in the fields of chronic sinusitis, thyroid surgery, surgery for obstructive sleep apnea, and pediatric otolaryngology. Dr. Kennedy enjoys providing patient-centered care in all aspects of ENT and has specific interests in sinus disease and sleep apnea surgery. Dr. Kennedy lives with his wife in Vienna and in his spare time enjoys playing golf, cooking, and hiking.
