Dr. Kemp is a board-certified and fellowship-trained spine neurosurgeon, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of the complete spectrum of spinal conditions. This spans from complex scoliosis and intradural tumors to spinal stenosis and herniated discs. Dr. Kemp is an expert at advanced disc replacement and when appropriate, prefers motion preservation over fusion. Knowing 90% of people can be helped without surgery, Dr. Kemp believes in non-operative solutions whenever possible, such as spine-specialized physical therapy, regenerative medicine, or injections. When surgical intervention is necessary he utilizes minimally-invasive and state of the art technology to optimize patient care and outcomes.

Amazing Doctor and office staff. After 5 years, I was able to lay on my left side without pain. Very responsive to messages and explains everything. Talks to me like a human and listens to what I have to say. He is amazing!!
