I am so happy that I decided to go with Dr. Higgenbotham lll for my total knee replacement he did an outstanding job I am so thankful he’s my dr. I highly recommend him to anyone questioning which direction to go in.

The doctor was very helpful and answered all the concerns I had and gave me recommendations as to what I could do next to address my problems.

He not only did a total knee replacement on my husband that was an immense success but I was not able to walk into his office and he immediately gave me a Cortizone injection which took a couple of hours to kick in but I was playing Pickleball the very next day. In my opinion he Restored my ability to remain active in my 70s

A very fine surgeon, Dr. Higginbotham clearly communicates his genuine concern for and helpful information to his post-surgical patients.

It’s always great to have an Afro-American physician especially a specialist who knows our culture. My surgery with right knee replacement went well. My customer services experience wasn’t!!! I felt that my level of pain wasn’t addressed which was unexpected. I was told I couldn’t see the Dr during my post-surgery visit if bill wasn’t paid in full. If I came for office visit, I would be turn away until the bill was paid. So I Did. I know that expense has to be paid never expected that. My last visit 8/25/2022 one year and seven months after my surgery. I know my comments wouldn’t matter . My recommendations now is to have someone with you for all instructions, I now suggest a second opinion for any surgery or medical facilities. I am during okay with the new knee Thank you

Provided info easy to ubderstand. Even thou I was looking for a permanent solution to my problem, he could have suggested ideas as to how to ease/alleleviate some of the pain I'm experiencing until I'm able to undergo a permanent treatment regimen.
