3 surgeries w Dr Hefley all great results!
What can I say...he's just a great surgeon and a nice guy. He sure knows his stuff. I feel total confidence in him. Getting ready for second surgery with him and I know I am in goid hands.
He was great, he explained everything that was going on and informed me of how my surgery is going to go and made me feel better about the outcome of my situation with my knee.
Everyone I came in contact was very friendly. Was able to get every question I had, answered.
He is an excellent doctor
Very patient, kind and explained the process. The staff was also very kind and supportive
He was very concise and to the point. He showed me the MRI, examined my knee and told me what needed to be done, we breifly discussed anesthesia and then scheduled the surgery. Good visit.
He was fortunate enough to do both my left hip and my right knee. He has a wonderful personality and I was very fortunate to have him as my surgeon. Thank you, Dr. Heffley.
Very attentive, listened well, all around good visit!
