Dr. Hedden performed his undergraduate work at the University of Florida, where he majored in sculpting and anatomy. He went on to earn his medical degree (M.D.) at the University of South Florida College of Medicine in Tampa. Dr. Hedden's training in surgery continued with a residency at Louisiana State University Medical Center in Shreveport, where he was chief resident. He then completed his plastic surgery residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB).

He was very easy to talk to.
Busy office. Long wait for consultation. Doctor was explaining to PA. More than me. My husband was there. He talked to him in decision making. All all, Excellent physician!

He was very thorough and answered all of my question. And was able to get a surgery scheduled very promptly.
I just had a consultation and I was very please. I am going ahead with the surgery.
I was extremely nervous when I got to the facility. After getting in the room and being playful with my spouse on what size to get, (boob job), the dr came in and just joined in with his expert advice and I was calm the entire appt. Very professional but also laid back and I understood everything he mentioned to us. I can’t wait to have the procedure done and what I thought was going to be a nail biting experience, was the total opposite. The staff was great! Wonderful experience.
