Although I had a wait, Dr. Kady listened to me, answered my questions and I did not feel rushed. Feeling like I am heard and not just prescribing meds to mask the symptoms is key for me as a patient. I believe Dr, Kady put my mind at ease with the choices he explains and offered.

He was really nice and laid back, not I intimidating or rushing me. He made sure he introduced himself and helped me with my lip biopsy pain. The doctors there have all been really nice to me.

Dr. Kady is AWESOME! I had a sore throat since the wildfires. My body stopped responding to antihistamines and apparantly I was battling GERD. now I am on Flonase and a nasal spray antihistamine and allergies are at bay. After adding the pepcid the sore throat is doing well. Dr. Kady also talked me through a scope that he placed in my nose and was able to see my throat... sounded horrific, but it wasn't that bad.

Dr. Kady kept closing his eyes and I didn't know if he was going to fall asleep on me. Other than that, everything was great.

Dr. Kady was so gentle as he reassured my 10-year-old daughter that he would take care of her without hurting her. He communicated everything he was going to do prior to doing it. She felt comfortable and relaxed with him. Most importantly, he was able to help her regain hearing in her right ear, which had hearing loss for almost a month! He he was able to irrigate her ear more effectively in one visit than urgent care workers attempted to do on 3 different occasions. This was our first visit with Dr. Kady and he earned our trust. I thank God for him.

Dr Kady was very personable and thoroughly discussed the sleep test I was going to do. I would highly recommend him for any ear, nose and throat patient.

Great experience with Dr Kady although wait time was pretty long at St Clair Shores office; almost 50 minutes after my appointment. The team is fantastic though and I truly appreciated all of their support as I go through this hearing loss journey.

My first visit with Dr Kady was yesterday and I thought he was a great doctor. He explained everything thoroughly, gave me his opinion, sent me home with a treatment plan and scheduled me to see him within two weeks. I’m pleased with my visit.
