After his graduation in 1987, he attended medical school at the Ohio University of Osteopathic Medicine. Subsequent to earning his D.O. degree, Dr. Krauss began a one-year rotating internship at Doctor’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, followed by a residency in Orthopaedic Surgery which he completed in 1996. At that time, Dr. Krauss moved to Birmingham, Alabama to pursue a one-year fellowship in Foot and Ankle Surgery at the American Sports Medicine Institute, which he completed in 1997.
