I love this tele health appointment. Dr. casas is wonderful. He answered all my questions clearly he made everything clear on what I had to eat and do. These telehealth appointments are so helpful. It's easy to schedule an appointment and keep to it. I want to continue to do this.

Was 35 minutes late and then rushed me. Did not refer to any of the notes from past visits; I felt like a number, not a person. I waited a month for this appt only to be told I needed to make another appt for other issues I had been waiting to talk about, after only seeing him for 5 minutes. Terrible experience, left feeling totally defeated and angry at our joke of a medical system.

In appointments, he will cut you off and not answer questions you have because he says you arrived late and ends the appointment. Changing doctors because of this reason. There have been numerous times when I arrive early to my appointments but end up waiting an hour to actually see the doctor without complaining about it.

Even it was an appointment through phone,he sounds that he knew the causing of my illness and took care of it The only problem is my prescription got stuck somewhere in the system ,was done electronically and had a hard time Trying to get the medication with the pharmacy a, don’t know if is WI-FI issue but the next time I would like to get a hard copy of the prescription
