While being treated for a partial medial meniscectomy, Dr. Kramer treated me with compassion and respect. He was reassuring due to this being my first surgery, as well as transparent with any questions or concerns I had.

Was not able to provide a prognosis. Was not able to follow through with recommended orthopedic equipment and required imaging scheduling in the same building. I was not able to follow up and called back multiple times with no response. Dr. Kramer was nice, but his staff and front-office are absent and apathetic.
