Superb staff.

Exceptional group of professionals, from initial check-in through consultation through the PA through the X-ray tech. All professionals in their field. I could not be more pleased with the care that I have received from my first visit. Extremely excited to work with this team going forward to resolve my knee issues. I have full confidence after my first visit.

He was efficient and understood the issues that I had immediately. Came up with a mutually agreeable treatment plan.

1st conversations and interactions mean a lot. (Dr., Staff and Intern)

Everyone is professional and explain everything.

Appointment was very rushed, he did not go over my MRI results with me more than flicking through the pictures really quick and said “normal wear and tear”. No opportunity to ask questions about the markings I saw, and I’m not sure I saw the xray results either. Gave me a cortisone injection (which gave me more pain than I started with) and sent me on my way. Will not be returning, looking for a more personable doctor who actually wants the information in full that I have to give. Nurse/MA was rushing just as much if not more than Dr. Cottrell. X-Ray tech (her name started with a T, I believe) was the only good part of the hands on experience.

This appointment was basically perfect. As the result of Dr. Cottrell's examination, I was given a cortisone shot in my shoulder and as a result I started feeling some relief within a few hours and it is getting better as time passes.

He was very thorough and explained the x-rays and offered different types of treatments such as a cortisone shots that day and he ordered the set of 3 or 4 shots for the left knee. He mentioned physical therapy and swimming and use of the stationery bike but he didn’t realize until after I left that he didn’t give me the script for physical therapy. I also forgot to ask for copies of the x-rays disk and the written report and even the doctor’s notes because my husband and I are older and we don’t remember all that he explained to us. In addition, English is not our primary language. Thanks so much!

Dr. Cottrell is a very kind and patient doctor. He listens to what you have to say and does not rush you. He did my shoulder surgery and 07 and 09 and I still see him for other problems if need be.
