Dr. Cortrell stands out among surgeons - he listens actively, he uses thoughtful questioning to assess conditions and needs, and he's not quick to decide that extensive surgery is the only solution. I intend to keep Dr. Cottrell on my team even if not as my primary surgeon depending upon the procedure we choose.
