Dr. Bush is always very honest! He is straight forward regarding what to expect and how things are going with the healing process! Most of the time the wait isn’t too bad but today had to wait about 20 minutes or so. But worth the wait!

He gave me an honest appraisal of my foot dilemma… suggested new orthotics and what footwear not to wear. Thought my foot was doing well in terms of no compressed bones..

Dr. Bush was excellent! He and the student doctor work very well together. She is very knowledgeable. The receptionist (Irene) was very rude.Did not say hello. Just asked for ID and insurance card. I told her I had 2 additional insurance. She refuse to look at the other 2 insurances, through my insurance is not state pay. I felt offended. She seem to be preoccupied. She rush me off gave my id and 1 card back and told me to have a seat. yesterday was my first time visting. She could have told me where to sit. There was an empty chair where a greater sit, therefore I ask another patient where to go. She pointed out Dr. Bush area to be seated and wait until my name was called

My appointment was confusing. My first appointment I was told I needed surgery but opted to try a brace. The brace really didn’t work so I made a second appointment presumably to set up surgery. The second appointment I didn’t even meet initially with Dr. Bush and the one I met with was trying to talk me out of surgery which was confusing. I had to talk my way into meeting with Dr. Bush and that was even more convoluted. I was also told to get some scan before I left that day but was not told where to go to get that done. Fortunately a nurse who was leaving for the day got me where I needed to be but the people who do the scans were caught off guard. So now I am uncertain what to do. So that’s why I rated how I did

Dr Bush is highly knowledgeable but I waited forever in my room to be seen. The lights literally went off on me because I was sitting in the exam room so long waiting for him. Then I was informed that my previous doctor misled me on how I should be recovering from an injury, so although happy with Dr Bush I am frustrated with ortho il overall. 1- my first Dr ordered my MRI too soon after my injury 2) I've been doing PT 2x a week for multiple weeks when I should have been immobilizing. 3) who is going to pay for that unnecessary MRI and all that therapy I shouldn't have been doing? Why aren't we on the same page even though I had all of these services with Ortho IL? Is this a way to extra bill patients? Extremely frustrated

Let me start by saying this, I have been a patient of Dr Bush fir many years now fir several ankle issues and Dr Bush has been a very professional Dr to me and others that I know who have him as their Dr. My most recent full ankle replacement done on nov/22/2021 has been one of the most cared for surgery in my eyes and most pleasant one. I'd like to also thank all his staff members and Swedish American Hospital staff for all the caring and compassion that I was given. I would highly recommend DR BUSH to any and all persons dealing with any ankle issues. I return in 2 weeks to remove the new cast put on today and I can't wait till that day so I can start my therapy. Thank you again DR BUSH fir all you have done to help me to get back to being productive im life.

I am highly irritated to once again pay for the experience and skill of an experienced doctor/surgeon well versed on my case only to have a resident come into the exam room. She did not bring in any sort of documentation nor did she even touch my foot during the exam. She looked at my foot from afar. I should not be charged for this follow-up appointment.

I did not see Dr Bush today because he running to hours late and I had to get home before dark. I was a bit upset to say the least. I like Dr. Bush. I just wish they had told us sooner that he was running so late. We found out a patient knocked on the door and someone answered . I rescheduled for Jan. 2.

ZERO STARS. HAVING EXPERIENCED TWO AND A HALF HOUR TO 3 HOUR WAIT IN HIS WAITING ROOM BEFORE I ARRIVED ONE HOUR BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT AT 1:30 I ARRIVED AT 12:30. At 215 I even knocked on the door to the nurses place and somebody opened it and said oh we have no idea how long it will be. I told this woman I could not wait any longer. She said it wouldn't be much 10 minutes later they called me into the office put me in an exam room and then I was told that it could be who knows how long until I

was waitin around 2 hours at waiting area , had 2 visits before then 1st visit think was on may/2019 spend over2 hours too,then 2nd spend 1,30 min, so with dr bush alguay is the same waitng a lots of time.

Had to crawl in on hands n knees from parking lot. Put a cast on w pins sticking out of my toes. Tied a sock on it saying that will stop the pins from getting hooked on things. Well it doesn't.
