Dr. Boulden is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon with 40 years of experience specializing in general orthopaedic care. This includes diagnosing and treating ailments and degenerative diseases affecting bones, joints, and muscles, as well as disorders of the spine and worker’s compensation needs related to orthopaedic care.
A native of Lenox, Iowa, Dr. Boulden earned both his bachelor’s degree and Doctor of Medicine at the University of Iowa. He completed a two-year general surgery residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee and an orthopaedic surgery residency at the University of Nebraska in Omaha.
Dr. Boulden is a member of several professional societies including the Iowa Orthopaedic Society and is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the Mid-American Orthopaedic Association, and the North American Spine Society.
