Dr Bloch was helpful and answered all my questions before and after the surgery. Very helpful in setting expectations.
On top of his game!
Very efficient. Very Personable. Very thorough.
Dr. Bloch is the best & explains everything!!
I understand being behind schedule but I was originally told there were stones on both flanks. When I mentioned this before the procedure there was no follow up to address that discrepancy before being put under. Furthermore, I was also told a stent would be necessary but upon waking up was told one wasn't put in. Why? Why was a change made in the procedure without informing me first? If this was all a result of being behind then it's unacceptable. My care shouldn't be impacted due to this. That said the procedure itself seems to have gone fine. No complaints thus far but will need to monitor and see if stone fragments get stuck due to no stent.
Very thorough, patient and considerate
