Dr. Bartlett completed his Ophthalmology residency at Hahnemann Medical College, School of Medicine, and Mt. Carmel Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio, graduating with distinction in 1993.
Dr. Bartlett is board-certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and holds certification from the State of California Medical Association. After residency, he entered private practice with Moses & Hickey, MD’s, Inc. in Columbus, Ohio, before joining the surgeons at North Bay Eye Associates in 2000.
