William Andersen, M.D.

Dr. Andersen is a great doctor and very understanding. He got to the reason of the pain quickly.

He is a terrible doctor too African American I had a nail in my toe ,in I got neuropathy/crps in both feet In hands in my intiere body all over, he ask can I move my toe where the nail went in at ,I said no ,he said keep it clean you be all right. Any real doctor would said see a neurologist doctor, so that's where I be going this week, I all so contact my insurance provider of the situation. He didn't even provide me no crutches, so sad stay away from him , he was in the room with me for 65 seconds,on God, I will take a poligrahg test , everything is true knowledge

Dr. Anderson takes time to talk to YOU. Too many doctors talk medical jargon, but he speaks clearly. As a RN I can apricate that. Highly recommend him.

He was friendly, seemed knowledgeable. For brief time I saw him I liked him. HOWEVER. Whether his fault or not I waited over an hour past my appointment time before I saw doctor. Spent 45 minutes in waiting room. He spent a few minutes with me plus gave a shot. I don’t think 10 minutes is worth spending 2 hours in office especially with it being a potentially unsafe environment with no clear COVID protocol in place/being adhered to. He could be best in his field but the unorganized, unsafe practices in this office detract from that. My stress level was high due to this. If they’re not going to have safe practices in place I don’t feel safe coming back.

I was in severe pain and he spent 2 minutes with me and rushed me out the door without even listening to any questions I had nor going over my x-rays. This was after sitting in pain waiting for 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment to see Dr. Andersen. The staff in the crutches department had to apologize for his dismissiveness.

Dr. Andersen is by far the best orthopedic Surgeon in the Triangle. He performed my total knee replacement surgery and I’m was walking pretty well the first week out of surgery. I am now two months post op and I am driving and cycling at physical therapy.

I have had 2 miniscus surgeries by Dr Anderson . Recently I had a partial knee replacement. Doctor Anderson has always taken the time with me to answer all of my questions . Before surgery I attended the class with his staff and I was properly informed of what to expect during the procedure. After the surgery he visited me in the hospital later in the day just to see if I was ok and if I had any questions . I have never had a doctor who was as personal and genuinely concerened with me .

Struggled for 3 years after I injured my knee. Dr Andersen did a partial knee replacement December 19, 2019. 11 weeks later and after 8 weeks of physical therapy I have lost 19 pounds and I am walking with no pain 2 to 3 miles a day. I have my life back.

Dr. Andersen is always very informative and polite as he explains all the available options I have for my knee issues. He is by far the best orthopedic surgeon one the triangle and I trust his judgement.
