Dr Albiero and his team were class acts from the first consultation through my clearance to get back to regular life duties following my biceps tendon injury. I appreciated his thorough explanation of my options, his advice on the best course of action, and his skill in the operating room. I would highly recommend this team for any orthopedic injuries

Dr Albiero looked at my X-Rays with me and noted that I had some calcification in my rotator cuff and had suggested on me getting a steroid shot. Which is what I was hoping for. He went through my right arms movements, what I could and couldn’t do.. Then suggested that Yes, a steroid shot would be in my best interests. I agreed.
The nurse came in with the steroid shot stuff and shortly after that, Dr Albiero came back in and adjusted my shoulder a little and then talked me through getting the steroid shot, & then it was all done!
He explained it might take a week for it to fully work, but I already knew this, from a previous injection from another doctor 5 years ago.
All in all, I love how Dr. Albiero treated me as a patient, showing me my X-Rays & throughly explaining everything to me & asking if I had any questions.. If I ever need to go back for another steroid shot in my shoulders, I’ll want to chose him for sure !! 😁

A Wisconsin native, Dr. Will Albiero earned his undergraduate and medical degrees at the University of Wisconsin – Madison. He completed his residency at the Cleveland Clinic Akron General in Akron, Ohio. He then went on to complete a sports medicine fellowship at TRIA Orthopedic Center in the Minnesota Twin Cities where he provided medical care for the Minnesota Wild, Minnesota Twins, University of Minnesota Gophers and Gustavus Adolphus College athletes.
