Had an appt @7:30 and was not seen till Hours later. I was told he was giving several injection that took about 20 minutes each. When he did come in it was so fast I could not process and he was walking out as I was asking questions and seemed annoyed or

Specifically, the time spent with the x-ray tech and later with the Dr. in the exam room was (I feel) the right amount with no sense of being rushed through or waiting too long.

He was wonderful!! He kept me calm and told me everything he was doing when giving me my cortisone injection. Even though I have already had two injections with another doctor and total hip joint replacement on the right, this was my 1st injection with him.

Bedside manner was outstanding, he sat down and told me exactly what he was going to do. He then started the procedure, telling me exactly what he was doing. He was extremely personable. We talked about famously and pets and his family in the area where I live in Arkansas. Gave me his card and also gave me instructions on how I would feel and when I could do more activities. He is one of the best at Campbells.

Great doctor & clinic

Misdiagnosed my kid’s fractured wrist, and sent us on our way feeling I listened to and with no information. I followed up with a different doctor two days later and there was clearly a fracture - she is now casted and much more comfortable after a miserable few days. Dr. Owen might be great one day, but he desperately needs more experience and guidance on talking to patients and caregivers.

Dr. Owen is absolutely the best. He came in the exam room introduced himself and said to me, it was nice to meet me. Than he explained to me what he was going to do on me and he said at first he was going to run a ultrasound first. He just went through the whole process of the procedure he was going to do. He also said, he was going to do all of the work all I had to do, is relax. I am very pleased to have come upon him.

Dr. Owen’s is very nice, but he needs to listen better. I told him that the anti-inflammatory he previously prescribed made me have hot flashes and feel weird. After I left the office, I received a message from the Clinic that a prescription has been called in. It is the same anti-inflammatory that I told him I could not take.

This was my first time at Campbell clinic. He asked me preliminary questions before jostling my knee around to text is which was great but then after that he told me what he thinks I should do and he would ask me questions during this time about how I want to do medication but he wouldn’t let me answer because he just kept talking and going to the next topic, and then I had another question, and before I could ask it, he was out the door. He didn’t really seem to care about whether I had problems or not. It seemed like he just wanted to get to the next patient. Also he had some people shadowing him which is fine, but I would have liked a heads up from the nurse saying like Just in case, the doctor might have a few students with him today. Because it felt cramped, and honestly if he was showing them how to do clinic, I’m not sure I wanna go to the clinics any of those student go to.
