This as 100% positive experience. From the receptionist at the front desk, to the assistant that initially assisted me and then to Dr Schwartz. All individuals I encountered had a positive attitude, they were there to provide a service and not just at a “job.” Dr Schwartz listened to my concerns then conducted a complete and appropriate exam. He had a professional bedside manner and answered all of my questions.
I received professional service from Dr Schwartz who answered my questions & explained everything in a manner that was understandable to me. He rechecked my vision & made the necessary corrections for my for my eyeglasses. Service was provided in a timely manner.
