I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes before I was ever seen by the doctor. This was very very frustrating. Meeting with Dr. Bott was good he listened to me and was willing to find a solution. You can tell that he cares for his patients. But when all is said and done I was very frustrated with how long I waited. Plus this wasn’t the first time that this has happened.
