Dr Chen is extremely patient and spends alot of time listening to all my concerns. He answered all my questions thoroughly and I left his office feeling confident about my GI health.

I appreciated his making me comfortable and explaining the procedure in the procedure room. When he scheduled a followup for only 6months our without explanation, it left me with anxiety until biopsy results were in 2 weeks later and we spoke again. I felt better after that meeting and fully understood the need for a 6 month retest but the 2 weeks were very concerning.
