No review of mri, doctor had no knowledge of my case when he came in the room, or that an mri had been done. No formal TX plan, other than a shot for inflammation. Still unstable, still using a cane. Will seek second opinion at alternate ortho group (as the doctor recommended I do after pushing for a more comprehensive TX plan).

Conservative treatment which I was very happy with. All the staff was so friendly and happy. They explained everything thoroughly. I would not ever consider another orthopedic group. On my 6 week check in after a TKR (Jan.18), I raised a question about what is causing pain in my knee area. This was written on a summary page I always write and take to any medical appointment. I gave the copy of my summary to Dr. Conrad, and his comment was that it was not a question. He did not address my concern at all. On two different occasions I left messages for his PA, to discuss my concern with her.There was no response to either phone call. Yesterday at my 12 week check in, I was told my hamstring muscle is not moving the way it should. I need assertional physical therapy.

Knees are routine for them but not to us struggling with mobility. Not a lot of time to answer questions. Dr. In and out quickly Seemed hurried .At the end he told her to get me to the check out . Dismissed. More time with the PA. Was surprised she injected my knee. Other reviews stated how well his injection were. So I was unsure. But she was good My paper from LOG says The Doctor injects and I signed the paper with that thought in mind. .I thought that was misleading. .Physical Therapy not discussed till we were standing in the hall with the PA and that is when he told her to get me to check out.

One could not describe a more perfect doctor or medical experience. I hadn’t sleep through the night for a month because of of knee injury. I was in constant, horrible pain. Within the time frame of my visit, Dr. Conrad diagnosed and treated my condition. I literally walked out of his office pain-free. I still had trouble sleeping last night, but that was because I was in total disbelieve about how healthy I felt again. Thanks for everything Dr. Conrad. You define what a patient hopes for in a doctor.

I felt rushed. I didn’t have time to ask questions. Nor was he forthcoming on whether or not I needed the prescriptions I was on or how long I needed the knee brace or what restrictions I have.

He was very understanding of my pain and was willing to work around my long planned vacation.

The reaction to the results of my x-rays made me feel horrible. Try being a little sensitive with patients because you never know if a person is going through a depression due to medical issues.

Too much in a hurry. Didn't give me time to ask questions. He had to come back twice because I wanted some answers. For the money they make, they should take a little more interest

I have a sever injury and had no idea what was going on. Dr. Conrad barely spoke to me, was barely with me for the 1.5 hours I was there, gave me no info, and didn’t give me the chance to ask any questions. When I finally caught him to ask what was going on, all I could get out of him was that I would need surgery and another doctor would do it, so he wouldn’t be able to answer my questions. He also told me I would have surgery the next day, but then I was called and told I would have to wait another 4-5 days before I could have surgery. Absolutely unacceptable. His administrative assistant has also been very rude to me over the phone. This office has been a huge disappointment. Dr. Conrad was a pleasant person, but otherwise not a good doctor to me personally.

Best Orthopedic ever

Dr Conrad must have been in a hurry to leave. He saw me for @2 minutes, didn’t discuss my concerns or ask if I had and questions . He walked out without saying goodbye or that I was done. I thought he left to get a brace until a nurse walked in with it . I told the nurse I had questions for him and her response was she’s write them down and get them to the doctor. I will not be back!

did not take time to explain what was his diagnosis and what was his treatment plan so I was totally unprepared when he showed up with injection cylinders. Also did not take time explain what are his recommendation in terms of medication and physical movement. When I asked, he simply told me that people in my situation takes 4 Aleves a day. When I shared with my cardiologist concern with those doses, he did not give me his professional views on it, saying "what does a cardiologist know!"
