His clear explanations and thoughtful, conservative approach made me feel informed, comfortable, and confident in my course of action plan. I never met this doctor, He did not examine me nor did he talk to me,
As new patient my appt was literally 3hrs long and the doctor wasn’t very friendly and didn’t ask if I had any questions at all just walked out and told me to schedule an MRI…I understand being busy and having a-lot of patients but as a new patient it wasn’t very welcoming.
He spoke for 5 minutes, told me to keep doing what I'm doing, and sent me on my way. This appointment could have been an email.
