Very friendly, spent time with and so I never felt rushed answered all our questions
His medical skills are superb
I never met this doctor, He did not examine me nor did he talk to me,
As new patient my appt was literally 3hrs long and the doctor wasn’t very friendly and didn’t ask if I had any questions at all just walked out and told me to schedule an MRI…I understand being busy and having a-lot of patients but as a new patient it wasn’t very welcoming.
He spoke for 5 minutes, told me to keep doing what I'm doing, and sent me on my way. This appointment could have been an email.
OUTSTANDING
Dr. Yu performed surgery on me in the Fall of 2008. The surgery was a success. I returned to him in 2018, Dr. Yu remembered me recommended another successful treatment. He has always been spot on about my condition, courteous and caring. I am almost 20 years older and he always makes the correct diagnosis. I returned this year with some issues and he made recommendations. I feel amazing. I am up and running again. I love Dr. Yu because he takes time to talk and listen to his patients in order to understand what is needed and how to correct the problem so his patients can have a pain free healthy life.I started with him when he was a young surgeon, and have seen him grow to become one of the best Orthopedic doctors in the Washington Metropolitan Area. 🙏 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dr. Yu
I specifically requested to see the doctor this visit and I waited over an hour and a half to be called back and another 15 to 20 mins in the waiting room for the PA to come in. No comment on why the doctor wasn't there or apologies for the wait. The total time In the office was over two hours. All to be told I had to do a consult with a pain management specialist. Unfortunate visit and outcome.
Dr. Yu is great he takes time to listen to his patiences!
