All of the staff were really nice and cordial. The only problem I had was finding the place. I was given a map that said, "vein" ay 10381 Double R Blvd. Not "Swift vein". The sign for Swift Vein is a small sign not noticeable from Double R Blvd. We drove around for 45 minutes. I was late for my appointment. I was very mad. The staff were understanding.

Dr Ahmad was great Not an adjective I apply to doctors often. He was proficient, friendly, nice The procedure was painless.The "bee sting" numbing shots were done quickly with only the minimal jolt I had been very in informed before the procedure.Both the doctor and his MA Maria explained everything.Had bunch of questions nobody had ever answered. Maria answered most of them and then Ahmad told me rest and more.
Both Dr Ahmad and Maria were kind, nice and above all very competent. I have a very long term illness and my general opinions of doctors is not great.But with sincere honesty I thank both of them.

Dr. Ahmad earned his Doctor of Medicine degree at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. He next finished a transitional year residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. Dr. Ahmad completed his Diagnostic Radiology residency training at Yale-New Haven Health at Bridgeport Hospital and his fellowship training in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.
Dr. Ahmad has numerous publications in peer-reviewed scientific journals and has presented at several national society annual meetings, including AUR, NASCI, and SIR. He has a particular interest in interventional and endovascular therapies.
Before relocating to Northern Nevada, Dr. Ahmad served as an interventional radiologist at both outpatient facilities and level 1 trauma centers in Scottsdale, Arizona.
