Dr Stanwood is the first doctor that explains the physical exam and the results of the xrays thoroughly so I understand my diagnosis and the options for treatment! He also provided home exercises with complete directions to help avoid or lesson pain.

Dr. Stanwood and his team are the best. My experience with them has been excellent every time that Ive seen them.

Being short and a bit aloof is not a good bedside practice… perhaps it can be blamed on possible insecurities…?

While Dr. Stanwood conducted a comprehensive and efficient exam and ruled out any apparent neuromuscular shoulder injury, he was ultimately dismissive of my symptoms and left abruptly (presumably to get on to his next seven minute patient contact) with no recommendations on how to move forward.

Took the time to listen to my concerns and explained in a way that I could understand what my options are going forward ..

He is very professional. He explained the surgery I'm going to have clearly. Wanted to know if I had any questions about the pending procedure. Nice guy. I'll have more to add after the surgery!
