This was the first time I had seen a doctor about my shoulder. He gave me every opportunity to ask questions. I really wanted to be educated about my condition . . . outlook, recommendations. I didn’t really know what questions to ask. Dissatisfied with the lack of information offered.

Dr. Stanford gave cursory oral directions of exercises. There was no pamphlet or written instructions. I did ask for some and was given a post it by the secretary. I did not feel the doctor cared a hoot about his patient. He answered questions reluctantly. There was also no lesson or coaching as how to dress, bathe, etc. The nurse at the ER was far better and more helpful. Marcy Weiner
