I waited forty five minutes to get seen and he went through about fifty procedures in three minutes time. I felt like he had to be somewhere else the entire time he was with me.

Dr sent my new prescription to Optim when I told him to send the new prescription to Heritage when I make calls about my prescription or diagnosis He never calls me back His nurse who takes his calls is rude I’m not happy at all with the way things are going!!!
My first appointment with Dr Downey and I really like the time I spent with him and took the time to know him. His nurse was very pleasant also.
