Had no awareness of my June back surgery (t9-l5) bedside manner left a lot to be desired. The provider came across a bit arriogant and made some inappropriate remarks that were a bit offensive. He didn’t seem very interested in what I have recently been through with my back surgery and the fact that I’m currently in physical therapy. Just a bit tone deaf. It felt like he wasn’t actively listening and the visit felt very rushed.
