Dr Harris saw me at 11:20. My appointment was at 10:30. He was brisk and abrupt. He gave me a diagnosis and injected my shoulder with a steroid. He offered no information about my diagnosis, prognosis, or recommended treatment. I asked questions and he answered those. It was very clear that he was rushing and had no time for me.
