Dr. Harris, is amazing. He did an ACL reconstruction on me and I have absolutely no complaints, instead nothing but high praise for him. He took time and diagnosed my ACL, did surgery, that is healing well, and post op he took time to answer any questions I have. Great doctor!

I am leaving this review to share my experience with this provider’s bedside manner, not the clinical care itself. During my visit, I felt rushed, dismissed, and spoken to in a way that lacked empathy and compassion. I became visibly emotional and overwhelmed during the appointment, and rather than feeling supported, I felt unheard and uncomfortable.
As a patient navigating recovery and complex medical concerns, bedside manner and communication are critically important. Unfortunately, this visit left me feeling worse, not reassured or informed. I have since decided to transfer my care to another provider.
I hope this feedback encourages greater awareness of how provider communication can significantly impact patients, especially those who are already vulnerable.

I am very grateful for all the follow up appointments after my knee surgery... keeping an eye on it with some xrays, and talking about any future treatment if and when it's needed.
