Dr Richardson was welcoming, listened to my symptoms, did a few tests explaining about Carpal tunnel syndrome suggested and ultrasound in office or a nerve conduction test with a neurologist then would discuss results He explained everything and answered all my questions
He is professional and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my finger. Thoroughly explained and diagramed the issue and the treatment. He performed carpal tunnel release surgery on both of the hands two years ago and I am so happy with the results!
Dr. Richardson is an awesome Dr and really good person.
Very friendly and helpful. I love the prompt visits at Granite. Never a wait in the waiting room.
Very personal, I did not feel rushed
Everything was great
Appeared to be very knowledgeable about my medical condition. I felt very comfortable and didn’t feel rushed even though I knew he had to leave for a surgery after my appointment. His choice of the neurologist was excellent and I received the results soon after that appointment. As a retired Nurse and medical office manager I was very impressed with the way the staff interacted with each other and the Doctors they work for can really make a difference. I highly recommend Dr. Richardson not only for his knowledge and expertise but his kindness as well.
Courteous, professional and knowledgeable service by Dr. Richardson as well as the staff. Jan Dorgan
Great. Good communicator. Good clinician.
Visit with Dr Richardson was super. However I tried to call your office to ask your staff a follow up question but your phone system for Option 5(talk to staff) goes direct to a voicemail box which immediately says “destination voicemail box is full” then disconnects/hangs up the call. My option is that is extremely poor treatment of your patients. I never did get my question answered
