Vladimir Berkovich, MD

Dr. Vladimir Berkovich, M.D., has been practicing medicine since 1998. He is licensed in the State of New Jersey and New York. Dr. Berkovich is also received his certification as a Nutrition Specialist from the American College of Nutrition in 2002 and a Board certification in Family Medicine 1998. He is a fellow of the International Academy of Medical Acupuncture. Dr. Berkovich is also a decorated Colonel in the US Army Reserves, having served his country on active duty In Iraq and Afghanistan as well as other tours of duty, including his most recent tour as Deputy Commander of Clinical Services of Combat Support Hospital in 2013.

Dr. Berkovich grew up in Moscow, Russia where he was educated as a musician. In 1981, he emigrated to the US. Vladimir Berkovich completed his undergraduate studies at State University of New York at Stony Brook. He received his Doctoral degrees from Ross University School of Medicine with honors and New York Chiropractic College. Dr. Berkovich completed his residency in Family Medicine at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.

Prior to joining Atlantic Medicine & Wellness, Dr. Berkovich was a principal at the Center for Aesthetic and Integrative Medicine in Manasquan, NJ. Dr. Berkovich is an ardent advocate of the integrated approach to health. His eclectic method of treatment is sought after by his loyal patients. He lives in Ocean County, NJ with his wife and is the proud father of two sons. His hobby is exploring nature.
