I went to Dr Hung for a second opinion and am very glad I did. Dr Hung does not hurry her patients out the door; she listens and explains very well. Best of all, Dr Hung will tell you the truth, and not set false expectations by telling you only what you want to hear. I appreciate Dr Hung very much.

Dr Hung did an excellent job of explaining my condition, educating me on the procedure -which went very well. She also provided me with teaching on expectations and provided written material for later review.

Dr. Hung was very easy to talk to. She’s very down to earth. She explained the condition with my hand and took care of the ganglion on the other hand. I liked her very much.

She only spend 7 minutes with me. How much will my insurance be charged? I will be looking into hospital coding. She should use laymen terms. Would not recommend. Her medical assistant spend more time looking at the computer than with us. Eye contact needs to be learned.

Our first meeting was when she didn't knock as I went to put the questionnaire in the bin outside. Honest mistake on her part she should work on that, but still jarring to me. Otherwise, great consultation, very knowledgeable and even showed me what my issue could be on the poster. Labs ordered, which I did. Nerve testing scheduled for next week and a followup the week after. Just love and feel good about her!

Dr. Hung listens to my concerns and the information I provide. She also tries non-invasive solutions first.

I Was told at desk she was running on time and then waited 45 minutes to see her. My face to face with her is always great, she gives her undivided attention. Being told she was right on time and then waiting so long with no explanation was frustrating. I’d rather be told she’s running almost an hour late and decide if I’d prefer to wait or reschedule.
