Made great eye contact - so important with ensuring a connection to his patient. Was able to laugh - even with emphasizing the seriousness of the medical issues he was discussing. So glad that he didn't cover his face with a mask, some of us older individuals need to see facial expressions to fully appreciate the context of what the physician is trying to say/convey.
