Explains everything and cares about his patients.
My visit with Dr Gemma's entire office was a very positive one. All the staff were so nice and professional. Dr. Gemma was very informative and took time to explain every detail of my medical issues. Dr. Gemma gave me the opportunity to ask questions about my medical issues. I felt like he was very passionate about what he does. I feel better knowing all yhe details of my condition and the route of care we are going to take to make my health better. Thank you Dr. Gemma and your staff.
Always so nice and doesn’t rush u always listen nice man
Dr.Gemma provided an excellent experience and explanation of the plan of care. He introduced himself, asked for my permission to bring a resident into the room. He provided a comprehensive explanation including anatomical images, test results, and next steps. He spent a considerable amount of time explaining and asked if I had questions. When I explained I have concerns surrounding the overall cost of everything due to my SIHO Tier 3 coverage he agreed I may have the pre-surgical work up where I live which put me at ease and formed a trusting relationship. I feel very comfortable moving forward with his plan of care because he also explained his surgical outcomes which is also why my Endocrinologist - Dr. Ramayapalli recommended him rather than a local ENT.
