He is wonderful. My mom is 95 and he treats her so well. Listens to her. Repeats what she cannot hear. And is very patient and kind. We were late for the appointment today. I messed up the time. They called from the office asking if we wanted to reschedule. I said my mom missed her last injection because of the snow storms. She is very late for it. The receptionist was so nice he asked the Dr and it was ok for us to come. We thanked him in the exam room and his amswer was I’m here I wouldn’t want to not see her or any patient because of traffic. That’s not why I became a doctor.

Dr. Deramo is WONDERFUL!!! He is extremely astute, kind, empathetic, and always upbeat and positive!!! I feel very fortunate that I have such a caring doctor, and one, who takes the time to explain my health issues and counsel me, in ways in which to best address my medical needs! I highly recommend this doctor!!!

Michels Fellowship Foundation Award as well as the Heed and Knapp Ophthalmic Foundation Fellowships.
