I appreciate him listening and helping with referring me to physical therapy for both my neck and my back.

This doctor was able to explain to me what was going on with my neck issues and was able to provide a referral for PT and a medication that can help. He was also able to talk to me about some of the symptoms that may be neurological and get me an appointment with a provider that can help.

Explain all options and was thorough Listened and ask questions.

I am absolutely astounded by the terrible visit I just had with Dr. Vikram Mayuran! Unfortunately he single handedly just tarnished my previously excellent regards to the Core Institute. He was condescending, unprofessional, rude, desensitized, and lacked knowledge regarding my emergent and life threatening condition! I am severely disappointed, afraid, and more concerned about my illness, than when I went in. I ended up having to make a complaint with the office manager, and my complaint was met with an aura of familiar and unsurprising expectation. I do not appreciate, nor do I believe that I received quality care today, nevertheless, from an MD!!

Dr.Vikram Mayuran was unprofessional and uncouth. He only gave me one option, physical therapy but I let him know I couldn't do much how could I do therapy. He was detached, so much so that even through tears when he saw me pick my belongings because I was frustrated that he said my x-ray looked normal that there was nothing wrong, he stood to leave. I was like wait what are you doing. He said since you're picking up your belongings like you're about to leave then the appo6is over. I said are you serious and he simply said yes. I asked for a different doctor, I would never have this doctor who doesn't know how to be around patients nor read a chart to know that some patients have mental issues and respond differently to emotions. He should not be near patients or should only work with men since it seems he has no respect for women or care about anyone's emotions. Doctor's are supposed to want to help, he just cared about getting out of there as soon as possible.

Doc was very impersonal. And did not even ask any questions about my issue and or do a movement test. He said, sounds like you are getting better so continue with PT or do an MRI, I am a nerve doctor. I chose MRI since I want to know what is happening.

Was , nice however did not seem to care about my concerns about my health. Only looked at my pass x-rays and made his own judgement , medical opinions on my health. A 5 minute appointment for we my insurance will most likely pay him for the whole hour. I drove an hour for no medical attention.!

Dr.Vikram had always been exceptional with listening to me as his patient, my concerns, my pain. He performed my ACDF surgery last December and the experience has been a blessing.

He was nice, however, I didn't feel like the appropriate time to evaluate my injury was suffice. I was not even with him for 10 mins and he only asked to see how far my range of motion was. I just would have appreciated some more care and concern-not just a start this Rx and we will go from there.

I’ve been having neck issues resulting in 2 neck surgeries…. Still having a lot of pain. He looked at a MRI from OCT 2023 when pain was minimal. Never going over X-Rays from Today. Advised of a knot I felt, he never touched Me. Only advised of Trigger point injections. My previous appointments were so detailed and went wonderfully, and I was very happy with his diagnosis and treatment of me. I have to say this appointment was very disappointing. Never even laying a hand on me prior to diagnosis and an MRI That was five months old. I don’t even know if you looked at today’s x-ray…

The doctor was very curt and not sympathetic to my son's pain or inability to speak for himself due to severe social anxiety disorder. Said there was nothing he could do for scoliosis pain and that many people with scoliosis live pain free lives. Appointment lasted all of five minutes. A complete waste of time.

I love this Doctor best Doctor I've ever been to. Extremely thorough tries to use every option to keep away from surgery. And when it does involve surgery? He is very thorough and explains every little detail. I would never use another doctor for my surgery.

Provided very little information. Informed me of what I already knew. Vikram appeared uninterested and almost put off like I was wasting his time. Later using the internet for free, I discover more information than I did wasting my time at this appointment.

We talked to our own family doctor from another state about my MRI on. My spine and he said the only thing you can do to take care of that problem. Is surgery? Anything else would be just a band aid And we Have known this doctor since we were kids. And he doesn't usually suggest surgery. Doctor Sampath not only suggested many, many other options But sent me to another doctor for a nerve evaluation to see which nerves were causing the problem,Got me in physical therapy and on a drug that's non addictive to calm the nerves down That were causing the pain and numbness in my arms and hands. First time I've been out of pain in 2 years. Dr Sampath is extremely thorough. We asked our family dr to check him out for us. He said not only did he graduate at the top of his class but he did an internship under one of the best surgeons in the states and all Dr.Sampaths patients keep reporting remarkable results. I feel very privileged to have him for my DOCTOR, knowing what I know now.

The doctor listened to my case of acute back pain and didn't even bother to examine the effected area physically.ans neither he explained what caused the back pain and the diagnosis is so poor. I am 51 years old working professional who drove 60 miles with back pain for this appointment and this was such a bad experience. For his experience and credentials, his approach is very cold and uncaring. The doctor is in a hurry and didn't care and bother to answer all my questions. I made a wrong choice choosing this provider. I expect to be refunded of my co-pay.

Would NEVER recommend this doctor. Makes you feel like a number. Like what you say has absolutely no meaning. He told me that the X-RAY they did onsite at the Core was showing a fissure that was healed. When I asked if that was the same fissure that was showing on the MRI he said that should be it. I asked if he could check and he said yeah it should be. Ultimately got a second opinion since his diagnostic seemed worthless. Come to find out the MRI was saying I had an issue in my disc which an X-RAY would never show. He spent 3-5 min with me did not want to give me the time of day. Truly terrible doctor. Let’s hope he can get this feedback to change how he treats and should listen to his patients.

He really didn’t do anything but make me lay on the table and try to lift my legs up in the air which was very painful. He explained that my bulging disc wasn’t really bad enough for surgery but I’m still in pain?! I felt like my time was wasted. And not much was accomplished. I’m going to find another doctor for another opinion because I know how my body feels.

What a total waste of time!!! It’s obvious he didnt read my MRI reports in detail and demonstrated his lack of concern about my multiple condition affecting my spine. Basically brushed off.
