Was knowledgeable of test results; provided clear indications and potential issues based on the results; provided straightforward recommendations going forward; explained the surgical procedure with clarity and precision- including possible challenges arising during the procedure and what his actions would be.
He was personable, while simultaneously being direct (in a positive way) - his clam, non-emotional, no-nonsense approach was much appreciated and provided the requisite level of confidence in his experience and capabilities.
