Dr. Hale gave me a safe space to discuss my health without making me feel like I was rushed or she needed to be on the next appointment. She spoke with me and not around me as many other physicians would, for even generic checkups.

I didn’t feel like my issues were listened too. They were just blamed on my psych dr. I also have been waiting 3 days to hear back on an X-ray for my ankle and haven’t heard back, and nothing has been called in for the pain.
