Since I’m new to your practice, this is the second time I had met Victoria, and she was eager to make me feel better ASAP.
I was given medication and was told if I didn’t feel better to come back.
I was a little better, but still couldn’t get rid of, the upper respiratory symptoms.
I had a second issue starting up and she recommended, a few things to do once I got rid of my first issue.
After going to my Orthopedic doctor about my legs problems, they sent me for a sonogram stat that day.
They said they would send those results to her that may help her, WORK on my secondary problem.
She’s such an enjoyable person to talk to. She’s patient she’s knowledgeable , and was willing to talk with me at length asking me other questions to make a determination.
She decided on one other test which came back negative.
I was surprised a few minutes ago. I got a text from her office saying she has decided to order one more med for me which totally put me in shock. Nice not to be forgotte

I love Dr Hale. She’s my pcp and I’ve been sick for a week now. My symptoms first started when I was heading out of town. I went to an urgent care while I was gone and long story short. I’ve now gone to the doctor three times for this one week long illness that I’m dealing with. The last time was with Dr. Hale and she Ended up prescribing all the things I knew I needed that the other doctors didn’t. Every encounter that I’ve had with her has been wonderful and she always listens and I always feel that she sincerely cares about how I’m feeling.
