Victoria Davis, M.D., is a psychiatrist originally from El Dorado, Arkansas. She earned her undergraduate degree from Arkansas State University and her medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS). She completed her residency in the Baptist Health-UAMS psychiatry residency program in North Little Rock.
Psychiatry was not originally Dr. Davis’s planned path. During her third and fourth years of medical school, she rotated through Arkansas State Hospital, and she quickly realized that no other specialty suited her as well.
Dr. Davis’s clinical interests include mood disorders, such as depression and bipolar disorder, and thought process disorders, such as schizophrenia. She also treats a wide variety of other conditions, including anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). She works with each patient to develop a treatment plan that is clinically effective and also practical to follow day to day.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Davis enjoys church, spending time with friends and family, playing with her dog, Bella, crafting, and reading.
