I didn't feel like my problem was well taken care of, and the suggestion of a hypnotist was ridiculous. It mostly felt like he was trying to ask what meds I wanted, and not suggestions on next steps or anything.

From my perspective, Dr. Showalter was extremely thorough in explaining everything with my procedure and carrying out my procedure. I had no surprises. I am just hoping for positive results. Thank you.

We reviewed all the options, which we had discussed before. We talked about the best option. Then together we made a decision on what to do/what course to follow. He was very understanding. He gave me the name of someone who might help me with my mental state, if we decided on catheterization.
