He earned a doctorate of philosophy, cellular and molecular pharmacology at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in North Chicago, Illinois, where he also received his medical doctorate. He also holds a master’s degree in healthcare administration and management from the same university.
Dr. Marinescu completed his internal medicine residency at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan, where he also completed his clinical cardiology fellowship.
