Everybody I met in Veronica Pedro's office is friendly, personable and professional. I had carpal tunnel surgery on my left hand 12 days ago. Everything went smoothly and the pain I experienced after the surgery was a very small fraction of what I was expecting based on my research on the internet. Just got my stitches out today and didn't even feel it. Everything is healing well. Very professional job. I would highly recommend Veronica Pedro to anybody.

At 9:45 where tell 1015 saw the PA wanted to take x-rays of my hand. Waited in a little room 30 more minutes. Finally got the x-rays. Saw the PA again. Come back in three weeks.

Dr. Pedro, her assistant and PA (Lindsay) are personable, attentive, caring and knowledgeable. The only reason this rating is not a five star is due to billing. At an office visit, I was informed that I had an outstanding balance. After speaking with my insurance, I called Bone & Joint twice having to leave my name and number; however, never received a return call. Then, I received another bill for three times the initial amount via mail. Again, I contacted insurance and called Bone & Joint. This time they did return the call and was informed that I did not owe anything. No explanation. However, I would return due to the excellent care from Dr. Pedro, her assistant, and PA.

The best. Unfortunately, I have broken my wrist and my hand and separate occasions, and each time I was given excellent care by Dr. Pedro.

I have no complains with the offuce service all the ladies there as well a the doctor Pedro and her assistant are absolutely wonderful, as for the asering service 561 798 6600 needs improvement I called from my dentist chair where they had pulled a mollar from me and I explained that I need to speak to the front desk at the doctor's office to let them know i was running late and why he said all he could do is if I wanted to reschedule he will do it but he could not put me through to the office I think that is very poor service. Always, friendly and professuonal

Feb 13 would have been my first visit with Dr Pedro. I never got to see the doctor. My appmnt was at 8:30 am was told to be there at 8:15 which I was. At 9:25 I still hadn’t been called. Or asked for my co-pay. Everyone that had come after me had been called and seen the doctor. I asked the receptionist why I still hadn’t been called or asked for my payment. I explained I had another appmnt and couldn’t keep waiting and would need to reschedule. At this point she asked for my co-pay and told me I would be called soon. She said my co-pay was $20. I explained my co-pay was $5.00. She went ahead and charged my credit card for $20. I refused to sign the receipt and requested they call Humana to confirm co-pay was $5. As office personnel wouldn’t call I called Humana myself and the rep confirmed to them the $5 co-pay. At this time every patient that had come in after me was being seen by doctor. At 9:55 I informed receptionist that I couldn’t wait any longer and would call to reschedule

It was my first visit....I thought I would see the Doctor not the PA on my first visit. I went to see Dr. PEDRO because of her years of experience. The PA was very nice but nor the Doctor I made the apt to see. I was not given the choice and was not told I was not seeing the PA.

Excellent and talented doctor! The staff is very nice, too! I had both hands operated on for carpal tunnel, back in 2006. Then, I had a fall at work and broke my left wrist, distal radius. Dr. Pedro operated on my wrist. I ended up having a titanium plate and screws installed. My left wrist healed up nicely. Now, I have my right hand thumb, developing a trigger finger, as they call it. It clicks and gets stuck sometimes. I just got my third cortisone shot. If it doesn't cure my problem, I will get surgery, with Dr. Pedro. I always recommend Dr. Veronica Pedro, for hand surgery.
