Dr Lund was very nice and kind however the appointment just felt rushed. The PA Kevin took his time with me and explain things. Since this was my first appointment for not only Orthopedics but with this doctor I had hoped to have a little bit of additional time with her since I'm not familiar with the type of issue I have. I also would have liked a little bit of additional care for the arm pain I was having. We will see how the next appointment goes as I would have loved to have rated higher because everybody was so nice.

I never fill these out but I will take the time to do this one. Dr. Lund is a really sweet Dr. who really cares about her patients. She listens carefully to all of your questions and concerns. She answers them thoroughly and in a way that can be understood. She also makes sure she follows up with you until your injury is fully healed and you feel comfortable. Her PA or assistant (not sure of his title) Kevin is the same! He even gave me a phone call when I was out of the state for a follow up to see if my brace was the perfect fit and if the swelling had gone down. The staff in the office are easy to get in touch with and always friendly and so pleasent whether it be on the phone or in person before or after your visit! It actually cheers up your day puts a smile on your face and doesn't feel like you are going to a Dr. appointment! I highly recommend this Dr. to anyone looking and if you aren't at this time remember her name for the future just in case...you'll be happy you did!
