I really wanted to have a good experience here, but my visit with Dr. Eberly was extremely frustrating. I ended up waiting over two hours in an exam room with zero communication from staff. No one checked in, no one explained the delay, and no option was offered to reschedule.
When the doctor finally came in, I was told I would need to switch my HMO in order to continue care and pay $8,500 per knee for a 3D model of my joint. For an initial consultation, this came across as excessive and very sales-driven.
The saving grace was the nurse—genuinely kind, attentive, and helpful. Otherwise, this would have been a 1-star visit.
My telephone conference was canceled due time constraints and rescheduled for11/06/2025 I never received the scheduled call back after waiting for 1 hour I called today 11/10/25 and there seems to be to be no record of the scheduled new call back was rescheduled for11/11/25 at 2:00 pm

Dr Eberly was clear a concise in his explanation of the Nano Knee procedure. He answered all questions thoroughly and clearly. Despite his very busy schedule, I did not feel rushed hurried during the conference.
