Saw me quickly, listened well to my description and did a thorough exam, followed by a quick diagnosis
I was there for a possible infection. I have 2 audiologists and another ENT out of town. I was sent here by urgent care because they accept walk ins and he felt I needed to be seen immediately. My left ear is clogged. I just needed to see a doctor. There was a push for a hearing test. I never scheduled that. I explained I had already had two in the past three months. Everyone was talking softly or would talk to me with backs turned or when my hearing aid was out. This was after I explained I’m profoundly deaf. It was very frustrating. Doctor was nice. I eventually got the treatment needed. It just was a frustrating experience.
She is very professional. She's a beautiful individual inside and out. She explains things thoroughly and interacts well with her patients. She even took the time to explain things to my six year old. She made us feel welcomed, loved, appreciated, and just like family.
She took her time to explain everything to us. Answered every question we had. I have never been more pleased and grateful for a doctor before. She took excellent care of our son after he broke his nose

Dr Fritch provided a thorough exam and spent a good amount of time discussing medical matters with me. She thoughtfully listened and investigated appropriately. I’d recommend her over the other ENTs I’ve visited during my lifetime!
