Dr Tsvankin is the second surgeon I have had for procedures this year. He shows genuine concern for how I am doing post surgery. Polite and professional to both my wife and I at time of surgery.

Very positive experience for a scary procedure. I would absolutely recommend Dr Eddie to another patient.

My 1st visit was in Feb. I sat in the exam room for over and hour waiting to meet him, only because he was highly recommended by my radiologist. I was not impressed. He prescribed an xray. We did not diclscuss P T. At this time. A week larer I got a call to do PT from someone. I was shocked as I hadn't known about this thought he had. This shows me poor communication. I did the xray, decided to give him a 2nd chance and went in to follow up on 5/28/24 and was placed in the exam room at exactly 9:30 my appt time. At 9:50 I checked in tlwoth the nurse to see if he was running late, she said she would check with him. She did not come update me. At 10:05, as I was walking out, I saw the Dr going into the room next to mine and heard him freet the patient in there. At this point I was beyond upset. I let the receptionist know, my time is valuable as well, I need to get to work and I shouldn't have to wait an hour past my appt time each time I come here. I will not be back.
