Dr Assaad was thorough in his explanation, let me look at the CTS with him and explained what we were seeing. When the lab tests were in, he called to inform me what the positive one meant and did not mean and what the next steps would be. I appreciated his care.

Answered all my questions patiently. Was not in a hurry. Calm and friendly demeanor. Not pushy or authoritative and is conservative in his approach to the issues I presented. He took the time to try and find the accurate cause of my symptoms. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and helpful as well.
