Difficulty checking in online. Receptionist very slow. I tried to get copies of my reports. She said I cannot find your test results. I finally got it. I needed the portal info and did not receive it. I was in a hurry for another appt.

I needed to be cleared for surgery. My family doctor told me I have a build up in my artery. Dr Shah was very short with me told me nothing except he was clearing me. I felt that I was wasting his time.

Quick and to the point, explains what's needed, why and the results expected. I prefer a direct Dr so that I follow her/his direction, but I also want some personality and someone who listens to me! Doc Shah is that guy!
