He address my concerns!
He and his staff are very thorough. We couldn't get the telemed technology to work, so I could only speak to him on the phone. We are reconnecting in person in early November.
I was very impressed with Dr. Karkala and the whole team. I kind of had an idea what would be discussed and the surgical procedure, just not to the extent of what will be done.
