I met with Dr. Welch to schedule my surgery for a torn meniscus. He listened to my concerns, thoroughly explained my options and all with a kind, caring demeanor. I am so glad I found Dr Welch and would recommend him to anyone looking for an orthopedic surgeon.

Not clear or compassionate. Didn’t provide information that, as the specialist, should help to set comprehensive treatment plan. I left the appointment very disappointed. Terrible attitude. Arrogant and dismissive

He explained x ray results clearly. Without an mri, he gave all info applicable and offered alternative options for the wear on my knee from exercise and shots to a partial knee replacement. That last option was surprising but not to be entered into lightly, definately only a last tesort. He also felt that i may have a parcial acl tear. All grist for the mill unless the pain worsens significantly
