Dr. Welch is known as an excellent surgeon, and the arthroscopic procedure he did on my torn meniscus was no exception. After many months of constant pain, his surgery left me with a painless knee that healed very quickly. I’m delighted. He was an excellent communicator and very professional. I recommend him highly.
