Expedient, efficient, effective , friendly , informative appointment.
Excellent! I went for a consultation for my daughter and he was very honest and helpful and he made me feel a lot better about the issue we were having. I would definitely recommend Cornerstone ENT!
Very thankful to have seen Dr Janz. I had been having some ear issues and went down the google path and was worried something serious was happening. After my hearing test and eval, he assured me that he did not have any concerns that this was something serious, likely more of an annoyance. He did however, give me evidence based testing options to rule out different possibilities, and even though he had low suspicion that it would be something serious, I really appreciated him taking the time to discuss this options with me. He also gave me great tips and tricks on how to deal with the problem. He didn’t make me feel rushed and he didn’t blow off my concerns. Dr Janz, you were fantastic! Thank you!
Very helpful and nice. Listened to my concerns and tried to figure out the issue and come up with helpful tips
Great friendly service. Found tip of my hearing aid embedded in ear and gently removed the tip.
